• How do I know when my document has been edited?
• Once your document has been proofread and edited, the team at Mark Our Words will send you an email notifying you about the completion. If you are unable to check your email, then login to the website with your email and password and then click on 'My Dashboard' button. Here, if you click on 'Document History', you will be able to see which of your documents are pending and download the documents that have been edited. 
• What are your hours of operation?
• You can submit your documents at any time you want and we will return the completed documents back to you by your required time. If you have any questions, Mark Our Words  offers continued round-the-clock customer support. Simply send any question you have to [email protected]. 
• What do you do with my document after editing?
• After editing, your documents will be stored on our system for the purposes of further revision and/or editing for no longer than one month. After this period, the documents are permanently removed from our system. Please see our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions for more information. 
• What if I am not satisfied with the level of editing?
• At Mark Our Words, we endeavour to provide you with the highest level of editing services. Should you be unhappy with the level of service that has been provided to you, please send your complaints to [email protected] and see our Terms and Conditions. 
• Will you write my essay for me?
• No. Our services extend only to editing, providing feedback and giving further directions as to improving your English writing ability. We can not write whole essays for you.
  
• How do I pay?
• We only accept payment by Paypal or credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Please see our Billing Policy for more information. 
• I'm an ESL student, can i still use this service?
• Of course you can. Mark Our Words is dedicated to helping those who are not completely confident in their English writing abilities and this includes those whom are learning English as a second language. If English isin't your first language, then we'll do what we can to improve your English abilities to a level beyond ESL! 
  
• Where do I find the Terms and Conditions?
• Right here!
• What about my footnotes and bibliography?
• Unless you specifically request that the footnotes and bibliography be left out of the word count, we will assume that they are part of your document and include them in the word count. If you don't want to include this, please let your editor know through the 'comments' box when submitting your document.
